Kris Jenner worries son Rob's 'going to die'

We all know that Keeping Up With the Kardashians is a reality show, which means much of their reality is just for show.

But things seem serious with son Rob Kardashian. It's been a long time since he's been part of any family activities.

"He's gained over 100 pounds in the last year," momager Kris says in a clip for the upcoming Sunday episode on E!. "He's missed Christmas, he missed Kim's wedding."

She says he "doesn't want to go out of the house."

So, Kris invites a "guy" -- a life coach -- over to discuss it.

Kourtney and Kim join in to figure out what to do about Rob. "I feel like if I don't help him do something drastic, he's going to die," Kris says, crying.

Khloe was not invited because Kris says "she's a little protective of Rob."

Kim says she's the only one in the family that is "really tough" with him, and thinks maybe it's time to stop catering to him.

Kourtney adds, "Everyone's been over compensating for him since my dad died, cause he was 16."
