HOUSTON — Warmer temperatures on the way. Starting Friday high temperatures will be nearing 80 degrees. But first, another cool night with overnight and morning temperatures in the 50s. Skies will be clear with southeast winds at 5-10 mph.
By Easter weekend, high pressure will build across Texas causing temperatures to warm up and humidity to return.
Afternoon temperatures Saturday will be around 84° with partly cloudy skies. Winds will be out of the southeast at 10-15 mph.
Easter Sunday will be cloudy, warm, and humid with morning temperatures in the 60s. Afternoon highs will reach 85 degrees with breezy conditions. Winds will be out of the southeast at 15-20 mph.
For the next seven days, skies will clear out by Thursday and Friday with pleasant weather conditions. Skies will be sunny.
By Easter weekend, temperatures will be warmer with the return of clouds and humidity. Afternoon temperatures will be in the 80s. Weather models are hinting at our next cold front to arrive next Tuesday with the chance for showers and the return of cooler temperatures.
