HOUSTON — Houston police said they have arrested the suspect who who shot and killed a man in Houston northside early Saturday morning.
Harold Lawrence Walton, 35, has been charged with murder.
Police said Walton is responsible for killing Marc Alvin Thomas, 43 during an argument.
According to witnesses, the two were involved in a confrontation at a home in the 7200 block of Rittenhouse Village Court. The confrontation moved outside and that's when Walton shot Thomas, who was unarmed, according to HPD.
Walton was able to get away but was arrested the day after in a Houston motel parking lot.
