Lt. Governor Dan Patrick on the end of the legislative session

Patrick says a lot was accomplished and he spoke about those accomplishments with Shern-Min Chow.

HOUSTON — The legislative session has ended and there are big changes coming to Texas in September.  Texas  Lt. Governor Dan Patrick stopped by the KHOU studios Friday to talk with Shern-Min Chow about everything from progress made across the state to a third reservoir.
