U.S. Army testing unmanned ground combat vehicles in Texas

The concepts could help define the requirements for the Army’s Robotic Vehicle program.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The United States Army Futures Command is testing unmanned ground combat vehicles in Texas.

On Thursday, various companies showcased their unmanned off-road vehicles to government officials at the RELLIS campus of The Texas A&M University System. 

The concepts could help define the requirements for the Army’s Robotic Vehicle program.
