Homicide investigating deadly shooting at N. Houston gas station

Surveillance video shows the moment the suspect got out of a small black sedan, approached a silver or gray colored car and started shooting.

HOUSTON — Police are looking for a suspect who shot and killed a man at a north Houston gas station and injured another. 

This happened at Phillips 66 gas station on W Little York Rd and W Montgomery Rd.

Surveillance video shows the moment the suspect got out of a small black sedan and approached a silver or gray colored car that was parked in front of the gas station. The suspect then pulled out a gun and started shooting into the vehicle that was occupied by more than one person.

The driver of the silver or gray colored car quickly pulled out of the parking spot and drove to a nearby fire station. The Houston Fire Department took the injured victims to a hospital. 

One man was pronounced dead. Another was taken into surgery. His current condition is unknown. 

Homicide investigators said the suspect was described as a black male that is about 6 feet tall. He is slim built and has dreadlocks to his shoulders.
