HOUSTON – A 40-year-old woman with the mental capacity of an 8-year-old has been reported near the Medical Center, Houston police say.
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the woman, who was last seen at her home in the 7800 block of Cambridge. She was last seen around 10 p.m. Thursday.
Police say Karis Durr was wearing a black hoodie or sweater with dark pants, possibly carrying a backpack. She’s 5’ 5” tall and weighs about 190 lbs.
