HOUSTON — A local bar needs help finding two individuals who stole a bottle of booze from their establishment Friday night.
Live Sports Bar & Grill, located in the 400 block South Main Street, posted surveillance video on their Facebook page Saturday showing a man and woman taking a bottle of Buchanan’s Whisky from the bar while the bartender wasn’t looking. The woman then put the bottle in her purse and the two left.
“Theft at Live Sports bar & Grill will not be tolerated. We will be pursuing criminal charges unless amends are made and the bottle of Buchanan’s is paid in full,” the bar wrote in its Facebook page.
The Houston Police Department has been notified of the incident and is treating it as a theft. Police said the bottle was valued at $250.
