HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A store clerk was shot in the leg by a robbery suspect Saturday night, according to deputies.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office said the incident happened shortly before 10 p.m. in the 10600 block of Veterans Memorial Drive.
Deputies said a male wearing a jacket and ski mask robbed the store, shot the clerk and left in a large black SUV.
The clerk was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
