HOUSTON — It was a crazy scene in southwest Houston Wednesday where a poor dog was hanging out a second-story window and barking for help.The dog’s back paw somehow got caught in a window blind.
A woman who sent KHOU 11 News the photo said neighbors made several calls looking for help.
A man with a ladder came to the rescue and got the pup down by using scissors to cut the window blind cord from his paw.
"I've always been the one rescuing animals on my own," one neighbor said. "But just to see people coming together and helping an animal, that means that we would do a lot more for a human being or person, and I like that. We need that in our city."
