The man who was arrested for allegedly making a bomb threat that canceled The Bud Light x The Roots' South by Southwest Jam at Fair Market had also made threats to eBay employees last month, police said.

According to court documents, police responded to an incident back on Feb. 17 after 26-year-old Trevor Ingram allegedly sent threatening emails to eBay employees. The eBay employees forwarded the information to a supervisor who contacted police, police said.

One of the emails Ingram allegedly sent to eBay employees read, "[Explicit] you. You will die slow [explicit]."

In regards to the SXSW bomb threat, city officials said Live Nation World Wide LLC employees reported the threat at the Fair Market event venue on 1100 E 5th Street around 4:30 p.m. Court documents state Ingram sent two threatening emails, using the same email address he used to allegedly threaten eBay employees, to Live Nation who then contacted police.

One of the emails stated, "[Explicit] you I'm gonna pant [sic] a bomb and watch everyone die."

APD and other authorities conducted a complete check of the area, but no threat was found.

@austintexasgov tweeted that Ingram was arrested around 11:15 p.m. Saturday night and that he is being charged with making a terroristic threat, a third-degree felony.

Austin Police Chief Brian Manley said Sunday that after investigators considered Ingram's background and other facts, he was ruled out as a possible suspect in the recent package bombings.

In a tweet around 9:40 p.m., Bud Light said the performance was canceled Saturday night due to a “security concern."

SXSW apologized Saturday to fans who were planning to attend the performance.

Budweiser issued the following statement Saturday night after the cancellation to our media partners at the Austin-American Statesman:

“Due to a security concern, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s Bud Light x The Roots SXSW Jam. After working proactively with SXSW, the Austin Police Department, and other authorities, Bud Light believes this is the best course of action to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and artists, and appreciate your understanding. We are truly sorry to have to cancel the event, but we felt it was necessary to take all safety precautions.”

Ingram's bond is set at $15,000. He is not in police custody as of Monday morning.
