TOMBALL, Texas - A babysitter was arrested and charged Monday with child endangerment after Harris County Sheriff’s deputies found a child walking in the street.
Precinct 4 deputies say Davion Kelly, 20, was asleep when they found him inside a home in the 19700 block of Waterflower Drive Saturday after going door-to-door. They say Kelly was the child’s babysitter.
According to deputies, a witness said the child had been lost for more than 30 minutes.
Kelly was arrested but is now out of jail after posting a $1,500 bond.
