HOUSTON - Two teenagers have been arrested and charged with capital murder, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
On Tuesday, a 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl were arrested and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center on capital murder charges in the death of a 61-year-old man.
According to police, Howard Boston was shot and killed in his front yard on Hardwood Forest Drive on February 8, 2018.
His car was stolen from his driveway and was found abandoned at the Garden City Apartments a short time later.
Deputies said the two teens are responsible for Boston's murder and his stolen vehicle. Authorities have not identified them because they are juveniles.
