SPRING, Texas – Wet’n’Wild SplashTown is about to get a significant facelift.
The company announced its plans to add another 30 acres to the 50-acre park.
There’s no word on when work will begin.
SplashTown opened in 1984 and has operated in the Houston area for more than 30 years. The park features 41 slides, including its newest—the Alien Chaser—which opened in 2017, along with other rides and attractions.
The park officially opens for the summer season on Saturday, May 5.
