ROWLETT, Texas -- A man who fired a gun at Rowlett city employees was arrested Wednesday night.
Rowlett Police said the incident began around 6:20 p.m. when a driver removed a warning barricade in the 10000 block of River Bend, where two Rowlett Water Department workers were repairing a water main.
The man drove to a nearby house and later fired a gun at the men as they drove by in their city truck.
No one was injured.
The gunman was arrested after surrendering to police.
