RICHMOND, Texas – The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office is trying to dispel rumors of a possible shooting threat being circulated on social media.
The following screen capture involving a threat to “BHS” continues to be shared on social media. However, deputies said the screen capture comes from a case that occurred in New Mexico.
Several concerned viewers from Fort Bend Travis High School and Brazosport High School have reached out to KHOU 11 News about the threat thinking the it is connected to their school.
