Short workout today, but we talked with Justin Verlander on the use of technology to make improvements.
Everybody is talking about the Yankees, but Mike Lupica says the Astros are still the team to beat.
If the Astros do repeat this season, they will become the first team to do that in baseball since Torreβs Yankees in 2000, so you know repeating is no easy thing to do. Except that the band of baseball brothers to which (Lance) McCullers referred brings back everybody on their team that matters. And they have added a frontline starter in Gerrit Cole, who was in Pittsburgh last season. And, oh by the way, will have Justin Verlander for the entire regular season, which sure isnβt nothing.
Ready to go!
ALL ABOARD!
