How Gal Gadot won the 'Batman v Superman' premiere

Kelly Lawler

You win all the things.

All hail Wonder Woman.

Gal Gadot's portrayal of the famed DC comics superhero is one of the most exciting things about the upcoming Batman v Superman, even if her name doesn't get in the title. And the actress herself is absolutely killing it both in and out of the film. Just look at Sunday's New York premiere of the movie.  Here are all the ways in which the actress absolutely won the night (Batfleck who?).

She looked flawless, as usual

WORK.

Gadot completely lit up the red carpet in her Balmain mini dress. Diana Prince/Wonder Woman wasn't too shabby in the fashion department in the movie, either.

No one could stop talking about her on the red carpet (but in a good way)

The title of the movie may mention Batman and Superman, but the stars and filmmakers were all about Gadot's performance as Wonder Woman when they were on the red carpet. "Gal really impressed us with her screen test. Her beauty, her charm, her strength, her warmth -- she has it all," producer Charles Roven told USA TODAY.

"My first reaction (to Gadot) was how statuesque and tall she is," Henry Cavill added. "She cuts a really imposing figure. And that really comes across when she plays the character." (You can read more from the red carpet here.)

Wonder Woman got the biggest cheers from fans in the audience

We are psyched by just this photo.

The premiere, held at the famous Radio City Music Hall in New York City, was full of 5,000 fans excited to see these characters together on the big screen, at last. So, naturally, when Superman and Batman and the like all had their entrances and big moments, there was plenty of cheering and clapping. But the biggest cheer of the night came when (no spoilers) Wonder Woman made her grand entrance in costume. You just couldn't help but cheer for her. Her energy is electric.

And finally, when we asked who would win between Batman and Superman, this is what she said:

Correct answer is correct, ma'am (video via USA TODAY's Snapchat).

We can't wait to see more of Gadot when Batman v Superman hits theaters on Friday, and when her solo Wonder Woman movie debuts in June of 2017.
