Justin Bieber settles latest paparazzi suit

Lawsuit today, gone tomorrow.

Justin Bieber, 22, has settled his latest paparazzi lawsuit, according to the Associated Press, avoiding a looming trial date.

Photographer Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran sued Bieber in 2013, accused the singer of kicking and punching him outside a Calabasas mall in 2012, while the singer was on a date with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The pap claimed incident left him with severe emotional distress.

According to the AP, the lawsuit claims Bieber started to leave the shopping plaza but instead got out of his car, ran toward Duran and delivered a flying kick to his gut before punching him in the face.

Bieber's attorney did not respond to a request for comment, but TMZ says Bieber paid out "peanuts" to make the case go away.

The singer is currently in the middle of his Purpose tour, which kicked of March 9.
