That's a clip from The Force Awakens: A Cinematic History, a documentary about the making of the newest Star Wars movie. The film premiered at SXSW today before it shows up as a bonus feature on the Force Awakens Digital HD (out April 1) and Blu-ray Combo Pack (out April 5).
