We have a creeping suspicion that new Radiohead is on the way.

After the rockers announced a slew of European festival dates this summer, the Thom Yorke-led band has unveiled a globe-trotting summer tour, which includes shows in New York and Los Angeles.

Radiohead will come to New York's Madison Square Garden July 26 and 27, before stopping at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium Aug. 4 and 8. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. ET.

Other cities the band will hit on its worldwide trek include Mexico City, Amsterdam, London and Paris. For more information, visit radiohead.com.

The experimental rock icons are expected to present their still-untitled new album at Barcelona's Primavera Sound festival in June, according to a press release for the event. It will be their first new music since eighth album The King of Limbs, released in 2011. After touring in support of the record, the band embarked on a hiatus. During that time, Yorke and drummer Philip Selway released solo albums, while guitarist Jonny Greenwood composed the score for Paul Thomas Anderson's 2014 film Inherent Vice.

More recently, Yorke released a "lost" James Bond theme for Spectre, which he said Radiohead was asked to write for the movie but "it didn't work out." The honor instead went to British crooner Sam Smith, who won an Academy Award for his contribution, Writing's on the Wall, last month.
