Ben Affleck tries to resolve the Matt Damon/Jimmy Kimmel feud

Here's a problem that not even Batman can solve.

The Matt Damon/Jimmy Kimmel feud has been a fact of Hollywood for awhile now. And at some point, you cannot overcome these differences. No matter how hard you try. No matter how hard Batfleck tries.

And try the Batfleck did on Kimmel's annual post-Oscars spectacular, by sneaking Damon onto the show inside his shirt. You think we're kidding, but we're not. Behold:

And once Damon surfaced it became clear that his intentions were to get these two to cry a river, build a bridge and get over it. But no matter how hard he (and Kimmel's audience) tried, Damon and Kimmel just can't get along. But hey, it makes for good TV.

Here's to hoping Affleck has better luck getting along with Superman next month.
