Have mercy! This old video of John Stamos & the Olsen twins is too cute!

Remember when the Tanneritos went to Hawaii? And, the family got lost when Danny drove them to that island that was actually a potato chip? And, then the boat slipped away?

Obviously, the Hawaiian tides turned, because it was Full House after all, and the family wasn't actually marooned on a desert island. And, it seems from this home movie that John Stamos, shared on Sunday that he and his co-stars, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, had some fun behind the scenes too.

In the clip, which has a date of Aug. 14, 1989, making the twins about 3-years-old, Uncle Jesse can be seen rocking some lime green shorts and getting a hug from Ashley. But, when Mary-Kate comes closer, she playfully hits Stamos on the head, as if she's never heard Jesse say, "Watch the hair, huh?"

Off-camera, someone can be heard saying:

"Oh, no, be nice Mary-Kate. You better give him a hug."

And because she can take direction--she did start her Full House gig at just nine-months-old, people--Mary-Kate sweetly gives Stamos a kiss and a hug.
