Katie Holmes up a 'Dawson's Creek' when asked about kissing her co-stars

Whether you were Team Dawson or Team Pacey, chances are you'd be curious to know which Dawson's Creek hunk was the better kisser. Are we right? Well, James Corden was too. So, on The Late Late Show Wednesday, he tried very hard to get his guest, Joey Potter Katie Holmes to dish on her co-stars, James Van Der Beek and Joshua Jackson.

But Holmes hilariously couldn't even deal with the question! And, what makes Corden's question even more awkward is that Holmes and Jackson used to date. Thankfully, her couchmate, Ryan Reynolds, was there to help her out.

"I went to high school with Josh, and I can tell you right now he's a terrific kisser."

To which Holmes coyly responded:

"Well, I mean if he says so." 

Which is all Corden needed to run with a verdict.

"That's what you're saying. It's affirmative. Pacey's better than Dawson!"

Kind of seems that way to us.
