Joey and Rory Feek share Valentine's kiss

One day before the Grammy Awards — where they're nominated for Best Country Duo/Group Performance — Joey and Rory Feek spent their Valentine's Day together.

The married couple and country duo shared a photo from their Valentine's Day celebration on their Facebook page.

"...Happy Valentine's day my love," reads the caption.

Joey Feek was diagnosed with terminal cancer last year. When they learned of their Grammy nomination, Joey set a goal to live to see the ceremony. She isn't well enough to travel to Los Angeles, but she made sure a plane ticket was bought for her husband. He refused to go.

“I can’t leave her,” he wrote on his blog, thislifeilive.com. “I won’t. I have done many foolish things and made lots of mistakes in my life, but this isn’t going to be one of them.”

The couple will watch the program from Joey Feek’s native Indiana. They sent their manager and their adult daughters in their place.
