Ellen DeGeneres announced Friday a great get — her first POTUS in her own studio.

President Obama will be joining her for an exclusive interview on her popular talk show, to air on Feb. 12. Dancing is expected.

It will be the first time a sitting president appears in-studio on Ellen's show.

Obama, who only recently was interviewed by Jerry Seinfeld on his online show, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, has done any number of pop-culture shows since he was elected in 2008.

(Although not Bill Maher's HBO show, Real Time with Bill Maher, to the cranky comedian's increasing annoyance; last month, he petitioned Obama to accept his invitation before leaving office.)

Obama has been on The Ellen DeGeneres Show before, in 2007 when he was just starting his run for president. And first lady Michelle Obama has danced with Ellen twice on her show., most recently in 2015.

Ellen DeGeneres dances with first lady Michelle Obama on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' in March 2015, in Burbank.

As an Obama fan, DeGeneres is naturally thrilled he's been booked.

But here's what might make dog-lover Ellen even more excited (and us, too): What if the president brought his dogs, Sunny and Bo?

The Obamas' two black-and-white Portuguese water dogs are among the most popular residents of the White House, given that the Obamas' two teen daughters are largely off-limits to media cameras.

The Obama dogs, Bo, left, and Sunny, are walked by a handler on the South Lawn of the White House, in May 2014.

But not the dogs. In another year, they'll be gone, along with the Obamas, and some new pets will be moving in.

Between now and then, wouldn't it be nice to see more of them?
