Watch: Boy cleverly pulls out loose tooth with toy car

A North Carolina boy decided to put a unique spin on the art of pulling out his first loose tooth on Thursday.

Six-year-old Ajay attached a piece of string to his tooth and attached the other end to a remote control car. While his mother, Jessica McKee, recorded video, Ajay bravely turned the remote control car on and sent the vehicle speeding forward.

In the video, Ajay takes the tooth out of his mouth and notes that there is even a little blood.

"He thought the tooth would be on the end of the string but it was in his mouth," McKee said.

Ajay has been planning a "unique" way to pull the tooth since watching a child attach a golf ball to his loose tooth on TV earlier this month, according to McKee.

The family started "brainstorming," and came up with more than a few good ideas.

"He initially decide to tie a string to the tooth and have his sister bicycle away, and have her just bike it out," McKee said.

Unfortunately, the tooth showed signs of falling out naturally on Thursday morning, so Ajay sprung into action.

"He decided to use the remote control car, sort of spur of the moment," McKee said.

McKee said Ajay is ecstatic that his first tooth is gone, and there are likely more creative teeth pullings to come.

“He learned how to ride a bike last week, so maybe he can bike it out himself now,” McKee said.

Wonder if the tooth fairy will throw in a little extra money for creativity points.
